SHIPPING POLICY

Supersox has engaged the services of various courier / delivery partners, one of which is Quickdel Logistics Private Limited for the purpose of the shipping and delivery of the products sold on the Website.

The products sold and purchased on this Website will only be delivered to an address within the territory of India. Supersox does not presently cater to international deliveries.

The delivery charges, if any, shall be notified to you at the time of checkout and before you make the payment for the products you have ordered. The duration of shipping depends on the order placed and the location of the final shipping address. The time estimated for the delivery of a product shall be subject to factors such as the availability of the product and the destination to which the product is to be delivered.

Supersox does not guarantee that the estimated time frame provided with reference to the delivery of the product will be strictly adhered to as the same is subject to ordinary risks of shipping.

DETAILS OF THE RECIPIENT OF THE PRODUCT(S) AND NON AVAILABILITY OF THE RECIPIENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY

In order to ensure the safety and security of the products, you may be asked to specify details such as the name and address of the person who will be receiving the order at the delivery address provided by you at the time of purchase. The details so provided must be in accordance with government approved identification documents such as Driver’s Licence, Permanent Account Number Card, Passport, Voter’s Identification Card or Aadhar Card. Please note that the recipient must provide the courier agent delivering the product with a copy of the government approved identification document as proof of identity. Please note that any discrepancy in the details provided shall lead to non-delivery of the product.

In the event that the recipient so specified is unavailable at the time of delivery on the delivery address as provided by you, then the courier agent shall attempt to deliver the product(s) to the concerned recipient one time before the product is returned to Supersox.

CHANGE IN DELIVERY ADDRESS

Any change in the delivery address provided by you must be intimated to Supersox, via email, at any time before the product is actually shipped and such change shall be deemed to have been intimated only when an acknowledgment email is sent by Supersox. Any changes made post the shipping of the product shall not be considered with respect to that particular order.
