Cancellation and Return Policy

CANCELLATIONS

Please note that there may be certain orders that cannot be accepted and must be cancelled. Supersox reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase and inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. You may also be required to provide additional verification or information before the acceptance of any order. You will be informed if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit/ debit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back into your card account.

You may cancel your order or some items in your order before the shipping of the products. However, please note that no cancellations of any altered products will be accepted. In the event a cancellation request is received and the order has not been processed, your order will be cancelled and the entire amount charged to you, if any, will be reversed. You agree not to dispute the decision made by Supersox and to accept its decision regarding the cancellation.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Any request for cancellation received post the shipping of the product(s) shall constitute a return of the product and the acceptance of a return request shall be at the sole discretion of Supersox.

A request for return of a product shall be subject to verification of the purchase of the product and the condition of the product. Upon receipt of a return request by email, Supersox shall verify the above in the manner provided herein. You will be required to produce the original invoice of the product and shall be required to provide the representatives of Supersox the opportunity to verify the condition of the product. Please note that a return will only be accepted if the defect claimed by you constitutes a manufacturing defect in the product(s).

It is only when Supersox, through its representatives, is satisfied with your claim as to the manufacturing defect in the product that a return request will be accepted and a refund of the price of the product less applicable taxes will be processed within 15 (Fifteen) days / the product may be exchanged for a product with the same or similar features / specifications within 15 (Fifteen) days from the date of return of the product. 

In the event that the product is found to be in a salable condition, you agree that the cost of initiating the return as well as processing and shipping / reverse delivery charges shall be borne by you. Supersox shall have the right to recover from you the charges incurred on shipping / reverse delivery of the products.
